As our Sales Director you drive the realisation of our strong growth potential for Traffic Management and Analytics & Integration. The later through our game changing integration platform, that is currently being realised for all of Sweden’s railways.
Your main task will be to develop Nordic and international sales towards industry and infrastructure owners. Along with that you will establish and maintain fruitful co-operations with world leading actors.
To thrive in this role, we believe that you are a person with a forceful and positive drive, ready to walk the extra mile. You have an engaging ability in creating affinity with customers at senior Director to C-level, thanks to demonstration of subject knowledge and excellent communication. From a technical perspective you have a strong ability to learn different technologies quickly and adapt to meet client needs.
We are looking for candidates with experience in industrial systems applications and/or systems integration, testing and software lifecycle processes. You have an appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification in a technical and/or business oriented discipline.
Your previous experience is 7 + years of sales, most desirably from earlier establishment of international sales and channels.

On Cactus Rail
Cactus Rail originates from Cactus Utilities. In 2010, a separate business area for the railway operations was formed, and on 1 December 2015, these operations where converted into an independent company.
Cactus delivered the first railway system to Stockholm Public Transport (SL) in the early 1990s. Among Cactus’ customers are Nordic infrastructure owners, as well as global players in the railway sector.
The cactus has given its name to our company. It lives and thrives in a rough environment with tough demands on adaptability, development and sustainability. Just as us and our systems.
